1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In their original condition
- With original tags and packaging intact
- We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us.
2. How to Return an Item
- Email us at blake@bkboathouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Carefully package your item and ship it back to us.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note: shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange your towel for a different style or design, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping of replacement item
5. Faulty Items
We stand by the quality of our towels. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Sale Items
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
